Summer routine:
During the summer we take turns running from Stafford Castle and the Chase. These are an introduction to run off road. We run at the Improvers speed, but due to the terrain we will cover less distance than road running.
Colin Mitchell will take a group of runners for off road run. approx 4 miles (6.5km).
