 tafford Castle and the Chase. These are an introduction to run off road. W
 e run at the Improvers speed\, but due to the terrain we will cover less d
 istance than road running.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nColin Mitchell will take a group 
 of runners for off road run. approx 4 miles (6.5km). \n\nPhoto from 2026\
