Friday Improvers Chase Run – White House

Summer routine:

During the summer we take turns running from Stafford Castle and the Chase. These are an introduction to run off road. We run at the Improvers speed, but due to the terrain we will cover less distance than road running.

Colin Mitchell and Chris Skellern will take a group of runners for off road run. approx 4 miles (6.5km). 

Booking is STILL requested for all of our sessions.

We continue using our online booking system for our training sessions and most social events. This allows our session leaders to see who is planning to arrive.
