DESCRIPTION:\n&nbsp\;\nSummer routine:\nDuring the summer we take turns run
 ning from Stafford Castle and the Chase. These are an introduction to run 
 off road. We run at the Improvers speed\, but due to the terrain we will c
 over less distance than road running.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nColin Mitchell and Chr
 is Skellern will take a group of runners for off road run. approx 4 miles
