WEEK 4
Sessions will start at 6:15pm in the car park of Stafford Hockey and Cricket Club. The car entrance is via Riverway.
We hold two sessions a week, and we start slowly but build up each week. You are encouraged to do both sessions, but we all have busy lives, so if you can only make Tuesday or Thursday, please still come and give it ago.
It is designed to take people who have never run or have not run for a long time and lasts for 14 weeks.
Booking is STILL requested for all of our sessions.
We continue using our online booking system for our training sessions and most social events. This allows our session leaders to see who is planning to arrive.
