SUMMARY:Thursday Complete Beginners - Cricket Club
DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\nWEEK 8\n\nSessions will start at 6:15pm in the car p
 ark of Stafford Hockey and Cricket Club. The car entrance is via Riverway.
 \n\nWe hold two sessions a week\, and we start slowly but build up each we
 ek. You are encouraged to do both sessions\, but we all have busy lives\, 
 so if you can only make Tuesday or Thursday\, please still come and give i
 t ago.\n\nIt is designed to take people who have never run or have not run
  for a long time and lasts for 14 weeks.\nBooking is STILL requested for a
 ll of our sessions.\nWe continue using our online booking system for our t
 raining sessions and most social events. This allows our session leaders t
 o see who is planning to arrive.\n\nDon't worry if life gets in the way an
