Our first complete beginners course of 2026 will start on Tuesday, 7th April and Thursday, 9th April. As a complete beginner, we aim to start slowly and build your running strength over 14 weeks.
A lot of people say they can’t run; this isn’t normally the case. Normally, it is just that we think we can’t. Yes, your current fitness will be a factor, and we will be concentrating on this.
We hold two sessions a week, and I encourage you to try to attend both. However, I fully understand that we all have busy lives, and this isn’t always possible. It will be easier for you if you can.
