DESCRIPTION:For the 2026 season\, this will be the second Wednesday of the 
 month.\nVanessa Parsonage will be taking the session\n\nPlease meet at 7:1
 5 for a 1.5-2 mile warm-up followed by drills and strides.\nThe speed sess
 ion will last about an hour.\n\nWe would then encourage a cooldown of 1-2 
 miles post-session.\nThere is a cost of £3.50 for the session. Payable in
  cash at the event.\n&nbsp\;\n\nBooking is STILL mandatory for all of our 
 sessions.\nWe continue to use our online booking system for all of our tra
 ining sessions and most of our social events. This allows our session lead
 ers to see who is planning to arrive.\n\nTo ensure the group departure isn
