DESCRIPTION:WEEK 11\n\nSessions will start at 6:15pm in the car park of Sta
 fford Hockey and Cricket Club. The car entrance is via Riverway.\n\nWe hol
 d two sessions a week\, and we start slowly but build up each week. You ar
 e encouraged to do both sessions\, but we all have busy lives\, so if you 
 can only make Tuesday or Thursday\, please still come and give it ago.\n\n
 It is designed to take people who have never run or have not run for a lon
 g time and lasts for 14 weeks.\nBooking is STILL requested for all of our 
 sessions.\nWe continue using our online booking system for our training se
 ssions and most social events. This allows our session leaders to see who 
 is planning to arrive.\n\nDon't worry if life gets in the way and you can'
