DESCRIPTION:WEEK 1\n\nSession leaders : Colin Mitchell\, Mark Bentley and G
 raham Williams.\n\nSessions will start at 6:15pm in the car park of Staffo
 rd Hockey and Cricket Club. The car entrance is via Riverway.\n\nWe hold t
 wo sessions a week\, and we start slowly but build up each week. You are e
 ncouraged to do both sessions\, but we all have busy lives\, so if you can
  only make Tuesday or Thursday\, please still come and give it ago.\n\nIt 
 is designed to take people who have never run or have not run for a long t
 ime and lasts for 14 weeks.\nBooking is STILL requested for all of our ses
 sions.\nWe continue using our online booking system for our training sessi
 ons and most social events. This allows our session leaders to see who is 
 planning to arrive.\n\nDon't worry if life gets in the way and you can't m
