Mondays at Rowley Park - meet at the car park from 6:00 pm
If you can manage to run continuously for a distance, join a group for a leisurely 3 to 5 mile run. This is one of our 'feeder' group nights which is aimed
at those just starting out on the road to fitness and those hoping to improve from a slow base. The aim is to show people that running can actually be fun and that you don't have to be an
international class runner to belong to a club!
Colin Mitchell, Brian Langston and Bill Whitworth coach this session. It's great for those wishing to take up the sport and wanting to find out what club running is all about.
Fridays at Stafford Castle (Summer) - meet at the car park from 6:00pm
Similar to a Monday for the reasonably able jogger / runner.
Colin Mitchell, David Banner and John Finney are the coaches and they take the 'feeder' group out for a 3 to 5 mile run at a leisurely pace. This has gained in popularity over the last twelve
months and is a great way to start the weekend.
Training returns to the MRI club, St Leonards Avenue from 9 September 2011, for the winter period.
Fridays at St. Leonards Sports Club (Winter) - meet at the Club entrance hall from 6:00pm
